What cookies we use

Strictly necessary

• Supabase Auth session cookie — only set after you log in. Used to keep you signed in across pages. Expires when you log out or after extended inactivity.
• Vercel CSRF token — protects form submissions from cross-site request forgery.
• Consent preference (sb-consent) — remembers whether you accepted all cookies or essential only, so we don't ask again on every visit. Expires after one year.

Analytics

• Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights — anonymous page-view and performance tracking. No personally identifying data. Aggregates only. These load only after you choose "Accept all"in our cookie banner; if you choose "Essential only," they never run.

What we do not use

• No third-party advertising or tracking cookies
• No social media tracking pixels
• No cross-site behavioral profiling

Local storage

The mobile app stores POI favorites, downloaded map regions, and ride history locally on your device using each platform's standard storage (iOS Core Data, Android Room). You can clear this by uninstalling the app or via in-app settings.

How to opt out

On your first visit we show a cookie banner where you can choose "Accept all" or "Essential only." Analytics only run if you accept all. You can change your choice any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer. You can also clear all cookies via your browser settings, but doing so will log you out of any active sessions.
