A short walk from AL-35 drops you to a railed overlook of Little River Falls — 45 ft of cascades marking the head of one of the deepest canyons east of the Mississippi. Free, NPS-managed, with a boardwalk and restrooms at the north end of the AL-176 rim parkway.
