Ormond Scenic Loop & Trail
A 34-mile double-loop of county roads immediately north of Daytona Beach, frequently cited as the finest motorcycle ride on Florida's east coast. The loop combines CR-2002 (Highbridge Road / Walter Boardman Road) on the north, CR-4011 (Old Dixie Highway / North Beach Street) on the west, CR-2803 (John Anderson Drive) through the center, and SR-A1A on the Atlantic coast. No stoplights, no shopping centers — only live-oak canopy dripping with Spanish moss, Tomoka State Park, tidal salt marsh, and minimal traffic. Tomoka State Park sits at the central crossroads. Ormond Beach's Iron Horse Saloon at the US-1 trailhead makes a natural start/finish.
