Robbie's Marina at 77522 Overseas Highway (MM 77.5 bayside) in Islamorada is one of the most-visited stops along the entire length of the Florida Keys Overseas Highway. The open-air waterfront compound includes the Hungry Tarpon Restaurant, a bait and tackle shop, jet ski and kayak rentals, fishing charter booking, and the famous hand-feeding dock where 50 to 100 wild tarpon — some exceeding 200 pounds — crowd the pilings in two feet of crystal-clear water. Voted the #1 place to visit in the Florida Keys on multiple travel platforms. The ride from Key Largo to Islamorada along US-1 over Card Sound Road offers the first genuine open-water bridge experience.

Bahia Honda State Park at 36850 Overseas Highway (MM 37, Big Pine Key) contains the remnant of Henry Flagler's 1912 Overseas Railroad bridge — a 5,055-foot structure that was hailed as an engineering marvel of the Western Hemisphere. A trail leads from the park up onto the elevated deck of the old bridge, providing a panoramic 360-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf of Mexico, and the chain of keys stretching in both directions. The park also has three distinct beaches rated among the best in Florida. Entry fee is required ($8 per vehicle). The old bridge reopened for pedestrian and cyclist access following restoration work.
