Cumberland Heritage Trail (KY-92)

Kentucky Route 92 stretches over 100 miles from the Lake Cumberland shoreline west of Jamestown east to US-25E near Fourmile in Bell County, designated as part of Kentucky's Cumberland Cultural Heritage Trail corridor. The eastern section between Williamsburg and Pineville is the motorcycle highlight: 38 miles of curving two-lane alongside the Cumberland River with dense forest canopy, rolling foothills, and access to the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area near Stearns and the Daniel Boone National Forest. The road narrows to a challenging single-lane in several forest sections. Lake Cumberland's Wolf Creek Dam area and General Burnside Island State Park anchor the western end.
