Annual motorcycle rally in Red Lodge, MT at the base of the Beartooth Highway — the 32nd annual in 2026. Features poker runs (including the Beartooth Pass Poker Run to 10,947 ft), bike nights, live music, and dancing under the stars. Hosted in partnership with BoneDaddy's Custom Cycle.

Red Lodge sits at the base of the Beartooth Highway, and the rally is built around that geography — the Beartooth Pass Poker Run takes riders over the pass at 10,947 ft and back through Chief Joseph Scenic Byway, making the road itself the main draw alongside the Iron Horse Rodeo and evening street dances.

Running each July since 1995 and now in its 32nd year, the Beartooth Rally is hosted in partnership with BoneDaddy's Custom Cycle and billed as Montana's largest motorcycle rally and Iron Horse Rodeo. Red Lodge's main street fills with bikes of every variety early in the week, and the town leans into it — vendors, food, and live music spread through downtown and the rodeo grounds across the long weekend.

The structured riding centers on two poker runs. The Bone Daddy's Loop Poker Run routes through the small towns and rolling terrain at the base of the Beartooth Mountains. The Beartooth Pass Poker Run — the signature event — follows Chief Joseph Scenic Byway along the edge of Yellowstone National Park, then climbs the Beartooth Highway. Both runs benefit charitable organizations; between 2017 and 2024 the rally donated nearly $90,000 to local and regional causes.

Rounding out the weekend is the Iron Horse Rodeo at the Home of Champions Rodeo Grounds — the only event of its kind in Montana — featuring slow races, obstacle courses, and other rider competitions. Evening street dances with live music follow both poker run days. Weather at elevation can shift quickly: mornings and afternoons at Beartooth Pass bring temperature swings and the possibility of afternoon storms, so layers and rain gear are worth packing.
