AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days

AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days is the American Motorcyclist Association's annual celebration of old iron, held over three July days at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course near Lexington. It is built around what the AMA bills as North America's largest motorcycle swap meet, with vintage racing running across several disciplines through the weekend.

For riders this is a destination event rather than a roadside party — the kind of weekend you point a bike at to wander the swap meet, watch period machines race, and trade parts. Recent editions have drawn on the order of 40,000 people.
