A self-contained, adults-only rally on a private grounds sitting on Old Route 66 between Oklahoma City and Tulsa — one of five events the venue hosts each year, with camping, live bands, bike games, and a laid-back mid-continent location that works as a destination or a stop on a longer summer run.

Route 66 Bike Week takes place each June at the Route 66 Rally & Camp, a private venue at 26101 Milfay Road in Depew, Oklahoma. The rally organization was founded in 2005 and has grown to run five separate events at this same site across the calendar year, with Bike Week being the marquee summer edition. Attendance is strictly 21 and older — no exceptions.

The grounds are set up to keep riders on-site: on-site camping covers free tent spots, full RV hookups, dry RV camping, and cabin rentals, along with hot indoor and outdoor showers. Common-area amenities include a clothing-optional swimming pond with a sandy beach and water slide, a swimming pool, and an air-conditioned indoor facility. The rally program centers on live bands, bike games, people games, wild contests, and a vendor row, running rain or shine thanks to all-weather facilities.

The venue sits on Old Route 66 roughly midway between Oklahoma City and Tulsa, making it reachable on two-lane highway for riders already traveling the historic corridor. Oklahoma's mix of backroads and open plains gives arriving and departing riders options beyond the interstate. The on-site setup means you can show up, park, and not need a car for the duration.
