Spavinaw Hills Run (OK-20)
Oklahoma State Highway 20 delivers a 38-mile motorcycle-focused run through Rogers and Mayes County in northeast Oklahoma's Green Country, starting at Claremore and tracking east through Pryor, across the Lake Hudson Bridge into Salina, then north to Spavinaw and Grand Lake State Park. The route passes the infamous 'Dead Man's Curve' — a steeply downhill-sloped hairpin bend that has caught out experienced riders — as well as wooded lake-view corridors and the rolling Spavinaw Hills terrain. TravelOK lists this as one of the top five eastern Oklahoma motorcycle rides and explicitly advises against it for novice riders.
