A 27-mile National Forest Scenic Byway along US-14/16/20 through Wapiti Valley and Shoshone National Forest, connecting Cody to Yellowstone's East Entrance. Theodore Roosevelt called it 'the most scenic 50 miles in the world.' The route follows the North Fork of the Shoshone River through dramatic volcanic rock formations, past the historic Wapiti Ranger Station and classic dude ranches, with abundant wildlife sightings.
