Libby Flats Observation Site

The highest point on Wyoming Highway 130 (Snowy Range Scenic Byway) at 10,665 ft in Medicine Bow National Forest. A short walk from the parking area reaches the stone observation tower, which offers 360-degree views spanning Rocky Mountain National Park to the south, Medicine Bow Peak and Sierra Madre to the west, and the Laramie Mountains to the east. Open May through October.
