Brenton Point State Park
The southwesternmost tip of Aquidneck Island where Ocean Drive bends hard at the Atlantic. An 89-acre former estate with open grassy headlands, rocky shoreline, and sweeping views of Block Island Sound and passing sailboats. The classic turnaround on the 10-mile Ocean Drive loop — riders pull off on the wide shoulder to take in the view before heading back up the coast.
Natural anchor of Ocean Drive, the signature coastal motorcycle loop in Newport. Wide pull-off, no entry fee, and pure Atlantic exposure make it the best stopping point on the route.
